Holder of a bachelor’s degree with major in dietitics from McGill University and member of Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec.
   

I gained a vast range of experience working with teenagers, adults and seniors in the public health system and the private sector.
 

Passionate about nutrition and health-conscious cooking, I specialized in professional cooking at Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec.
 

My knowledge of cooking and nutrition has allowed me to develop an expertise and create healthy recipes inspired by the Mediterranean diet, which I share with my clientele.
 

Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to my own private practice, especially in the treatment of obesity and the specific nutrition needs of active people and sport buffs.

 

Dietitian and Nutritionist are reserved titles which in Quebec designate the same profession. The goal of such reserved  titles is to protect the public at large by ensuring that their holders abide by the standards of the profession and are registered members of  their professional order.

The Dietitian/Nutritionist is the specialist in human food and nutrition. This health care profession is the only one recognized by the Code des professions (Professional Code) in this area of expertise.
