Apple and raspberry crisp

Yield: 4 servings of 175 ml (2/3 cup)

Ingredients
4-5 apples washed and peeled
24 frozen raspberries
Cinnamon, nutmeg to taste
4 tbsp. / 20ml maple syrup
Crisp
4c. / 60 ml pre-cooked oatmeal
2c. / 30 ml whole wheat flour
2c. soup. / 30 ml of butter
2c. / 30 ml brown sugar
1 C. / 5 ml ground Chia seeds
Preparation

Slice the apples and divide them into
4 small ovenproof bowls. -
Add 6 raspberries per serving 1c. maple syrup, then sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and nutmeg.

In another bowl, mix together the oat flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar and butter. Mix with your fingertips to obtain a grainy and homogeneous mixture.

Spread the crisp evenly over the fruit.

Bake at 350°F for ½ hour or until the crust is lightly browned.
